Crisis Actors

Realistic Scenarios for Developing and Testing Skills

Integrating crisis actors into psychosocial skills training offers participants a unique opportunity to practice de-escalation, empathy, and communication in highly realistic scenarios, without the barrier to full engagement that role-playing with someone they already know can create. By simulating challenging, traumatic situations, our skilled
and experienced crisis actors help create an authentic—but psychologically safe—environment where participants can develop critical skills under pressure. This immersive approach not only boosts individual confidence in handling real crises, but also allows teams to observe and analyse their collective response, strengthening the team resilience and supporting a more empathetic workplace culture

Filming

Insightful Feedback for Personal Development
Filming roleplays in psychosocial skills training allows participants to view and reflect on their own responses, providing invaluable insight into areas of strength and growth. Watching the footage back helps them recognise nonverbal cues, refine communication techniques, and
identify moments of effective empathy or areas for adjustment. This visual feedback creates a powerful learning loop, reinforcing skill  retention and fostering more confident, capable responses in real life situations.
